This wine embodies the Angove familys commitment to sustainable and organic viticulture, producing a sparkling wine that is both elegant and expressive. Winemaking ProcessThe grapes were harvested early to retain the vital acidity essential for sparkling wines. After pressing and cold settling, the juice underwent fermentation with a carefully selected yeast strain. The wine was aged sur lie for an extended period to develop a subtle yeasty toastiness before bottling. Tasting Notes Appearance Light straw with a fine, effervescent bead. Aroma Lifted aromas of citrus and nashi pear, offering a fresh and inviting bouquet. Palate Crisp and clean, with initial flavors of citrus complemented by fresh apple and stone fruit notes.
