This cask-strength, single cask release for the Australian market, is from London upstarts Bimber Distillery, who are producing a style of young and vibrant London Single Malt Whisky. Made from barley sourced from a farm in Hampshire, traditionally malted and slowly fermented, this delicate and aromatic, copper pot-distilled spirit was matured in an ex-Bourbon cask to create a beautifully complex whisky.
