Château de lEscarelle is a leading organic wine estate located in the heart of Provence, France. Set within more than 1,000 hectares of protected woodland and natural landscapes, the estate encompasses around 100 hectares of organically certified vineyards. The Palm range reflects the estates modern interpretation of Provence rosé, combining elegance, freshness and Mediterranean character. Vintage Conditions The 2024 vintage benefited from the warm Mediterranean climate of Provence, with abundant sunshine and cooling influences that allowed the grapes to ripen gradually while retaining freshness and natural acidity. These conditions helped produce a rosé with vibrant fruit expression, aromatic purity and balance. Winemaking Techniques Palm Rosé 2024 is crafted from organically grown grapes sourced from vineyards in southern France. The fruit is harvested during the cooler parts of the day to preserve freshness and aromatics. Gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation are used to retain delicate fruit characters, resulting in a bright and refreshing Provence-style rosé.
