Vineyards and Vintage Conditions The 2022 Cabernet Merlot is drawn from meticulously managed vineyards in Margaret River, where the moderate temperatures and ocean-influenced climate allowed for slow, measured ripening. These conditions ensured the Cabernet Sauvignon component developed fine structure and restrained tannins, while the Merlot delivered plush fruit expression and smooth texture.
