Warm days and cooler evenings allow the fruit to ripen fully while retaining natural acidity. The result is a fresh, dry and balanced rosé with a clean profile.WinemakingThe fruit is gently pressed with minimal skin contact to achieve its delicate blush colour. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and purity of fruit. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to maintain crisp acidity and a clean finish.
