Source Grapes are sourced from Coonawarra vineyards known for producing Cabernet with bold dark fruit, smooth tannins and that classic touch of eucalyptus the region is known for. Winemaking The wine spent extended time in tight-grained American and French oak. This adds length, warmth and gentle spice without drowning out the fruit. Tasting Notes Appearance Rich crimson with subtle purple hints. Aroma Plum, blackcurrant and a touch of cedar, lifted by light eucalyptus notes.
