The regions warm days, cool evenings and diverse vineyard sites promote full flavour development while retaining natural freshness, creating an ideal foundation for a vibrant sparkling red wine. Winemaking Techniques Selected parcels of Shiraz are vinified before undergoing secondary fermentation to create its fine, persistent bubbles.
