Warm days, cool nights and well-drained soils encouraged even ripening, allowing the grapes to develop generous stone fruit flavours while retaining vibrant natural acidity and freshness. Winemaking Techniques The fruit was gently pressed before fermentation, with a portion matured in French oak and on lees to build texture and complexity.
