Winemaking Techniques Carefully selected parcels of Shiraz were fermented and matured to preserve the purity of Barossa fruit while enhancing texture and complexity. Tasting Notes Appearance Deep dark purple with vibrant crimson hues. Aroma Lifted aromas of blackberry, dark plum, mulberry, liquorice and subtle spice, supported by hints of mocha and vanillin oak. Palate Rich and generous, showing layers of blackberry, blackcurrant, ripe plum and dark cherry with notes of toasted spice and berry compote.
