Region amp Vintage Conditions Sourced from the cool-climate Yarra Valley, this Chardonnay reflects one of Australias premier regions for elegant and balanced white wines. The regions long growing season encourages the development of vibrant citrus and orchard fruit flavours while retaining natural acidity and freshness. The 2024 vintage produced fruit with excellent flavour concentration and balance, making it particularly well suited to Wild Folks natural winemaking style. Winemaking Techniques A minimal-intervention philosophy guides every stage of production. The fruit is crushed and pressed before undergoing wild yeast fermentation on oak with full solids. Regular lees stirring adds texture and complexity, while minimal additions preserve the wines natural character. In keeping with the Wild Folk philosophy, the wine is preservative free, vegan friendly, unfined and unfiltered. Tasting Notes Appearance Pale straw with subtle golden hues.
