Crafted by Fourth Wave Wine, the range focuses on wines that are wild yeast fermented, preservative-free, vegan-friendly, unfined, and unfiltered. The philosophy is simple let the vineyard and variety speak for themselves with as little interference as possible. Region amp Vintage Conditions Sourced from the cool-climate Yarra Valley, this Pinot Noir reflects one of Australias most celebrated regions for the variety. The regions mild growing conditions and long ripening period help develop bright fruit flavours, freshness and elegance. The 2025 vintage delivered vibrant fruit character while retaining the natural acidity and finesse that Pinot Noir lovers seek. Winemaking Techniques Fruit was handpicked and carefully sorted before fermentation in open fermenters. Wild yeast fermentation and gentle plunging encouraged the development of flavour and texture while preserving varietal character. Following fermentation, the wine was matured in stainless steel and bottled young with minimal additions.
