Vineyards and Vintage Conditions The 2021 Shiraz is sourced from the Angus Brae Vineyard, located 4 kilometres north of Lyndoch in the Barossa Valley. This relatively young vineyard is managed to suit the soil profile and terroir, ensuring premium fruit is produced. The 2021 vintage experienced ideal growing conditions, with warm temperatures during the day and cool nights, allowing the grapes to ripen evenly and develop concentrated flavours.
