Region amp Vintage Conditions Sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the Limestone Coast, this Shiraz benefits from the regions cool maritime climate, limestone-rich soils and extended growing season. These conditions encourage slow, even ripening, resulting in concentrated fruit flavours, vibrant natural acidity and refined tannins. Winemaking Techniques The fruit is fermented under controlled temperatures to preserve its bright fruit profile before maturation in oak, adding subtle spice and complexity. The winemaking approach focuses on creating a generous, well-balanced Shiraz that is approachable in its youth while retaining excellent structure. Tasting Notes Appearance Deep ruby to purple-maroon. Aroma Aromas of blackberry, plum and blueberry are layered with black pepper, bay leaf, allspice and subtle oak.
